About Us “WE HANDLE ALL TYPES OF FORENSIC ENGINEERING INVESTIGATIONS!” Bryan L. Baggaley is a licensed Professional Engineer and licensed General Contractor who provides investigation and expert witness services in construction defect claims and insurance disputes. Mr. Baggaley has a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah with emphasis in construction management and structural engineering. He is licensed Professional Engineer in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado and Florida and a Certified Structural Engineer in Utah. As a design engineer, licensed contractor, investment property owner, and property manager, Mr. Baggaley has an ability to assess construction defects and evaluate insurance claims from a unique perspective. In 2021 Mr. Baggaley started his own forensic engineering firm specializing in construction defect investigation. At Square FC, Mr. Baggaley provides investigation and expert witness services in construction defect claims, insurance disputes, and property management disputes.
